No, we’re not saying there’s anything wrong with your mom’s sugar cookies. (Really, feel free to send some our way.) But you don’t need a class on that, do you? Instead, in this class we will explore some fun new ideas for your holiday baking. You'll learn unique recipes to produce delightful holiday gifts that’ll have your friends and neighbors talking about them well into next year. You'll also learn crafty packaging ideas so your sweet presents are every bit as pretty as they are delectable.
Sample recipes: Pain d’Epices (French Spiced Gingerbread) with pear, walnut, and marron glacé compôte, Salted Butter Caramels, Financiers, New Orleans Pralines and Alfajores.
Pim Techamuanvivit, from Chez Pim, brings you into our lovely kitchen classroom at the new Love Apple Farm to show you step by step how to make these gourmet, artisanal treats. Your friends will never expect "normal" from you ever again!

This class sounds wonderful and it's no surprise it's already sold out. Please let me know if you will be offering this class again.

Bummer. My kids soccer team is hosting a soccer district cup event this weekend and I'm truly bummed I won't be able to make this class. The menu looks fabulous! Please email me if you intend on adding any additional dates/times.
