By popular demand, Chez Pim is teaching a Pad Thai class at Love Apple Farms. We've been begging Pim Techamuanvivit to teach one ever since she walked Martha Stewart through the intricate steps on her television show!
You won't just learn how to pad Thai (yes it could be a verb), but also how to make other favorite Thai stir-fry dishes like Pad See Ewe, Pad Kee Mao, Pad Kaprow, and more.
We'll also put together a bonus make-ahead pork, chicken, or beef satay (with satay sauce and cucumber ajaad salad). It will make a perfect appetizer for that Thai noodle party you'll start planning on your way home.
Oh, and you can go ahead and throw out your Thai take-out menu right now, you won't need that old thing again.

Raised in a family of foodies in Bangkok, Pim comes from a diverse and wonderful culinary background. Pim's recipes, writings, and photography have appeared in the New York Times, Food & Wine Magazine, and Bon Appetit magazine. Thanks Pim! the class was fantastic, not only did we learn how to make Pad Thai and other wok dishes, we learned Pim's favorite sauces and all about rice noodles, so now I'll know what to look for at the Asian grocery store. I came home and made two batches of Pad Thai and they turned on great.
