Love Apple Farm

I do a lot of different things with the soil from spent pots. I can compost it, re-use it for other plants not so disease prone, or add it to garden beds that are a bit low. Also, be aware that if you chit the potatoes in your greenhouse, that you will need to ensure it stays warm in there at night. If not, it will delay sprouting. Good luck!

Wow!! This is so interesting! Thanks for the link for buying potatoes. I am going to try and see if I can get some of the organic potatoes I have to "chit"on a tray in my greenhouse and then if they take plant them in pots! Do you compost the soil from the pots after you have harvested your potatoes?
Cheers,
Diane
